Scott Harris, Jr. Second at Brook Lea

First year student Monty Chilson broke the 100 barrier and the 90 barrier last week for the first time. He scored an 88 at Deerfield CC. Monty attributed his score to a better routine that allowed to him stay looser and trust his swing.
Scott Harris came back from 5 strokes down on the final day to capture the Men's Finger Lakes Golf Association Scratch Championship. Scott fired a third round 67 to catch Brendan Flood and then won in a playoff. His three round total of 213 consisted of 73,73 and 67.
Anthony Colosi won the Club Championship at Wildwood CC by a huge 12 stroke margin over a very competitive field. Anthony shot rounds of 71,74 and 73 with some very strong putting. Anthony followed in his brother's footsteps to become the third Colosi in as many year's to claim that title.
Tyler Phillips won this year's Club Championship at The Brookwoods (formerly Ontario CC). He had a 2 stroke margin of victory in the 3 day scratch event. Tyler made a birdie 3 on the final hole to secure his first Club Championship. He is entering his senior year of high school and is considering entering the PGA's PGM program at Methodist.
Bobby McCartney won this year's Club Championship at Webster Golf Club. With scores of 75-77, Bobby won by 6 strokes over Dan Wesley.
Scott Harris, Jr. finished one shot behind Tim Spitz to place second at this year's Brook Lea Amateur Invitational. Scott shot a 4 under total in the two day event.
