MCC wins third straight Regional Title
- John @ 11:39 pm EST This win qualified MCC for the National Tournament to be played in early June.
The MCC Tribunes broke the previously set scoring record by 42 shots on its way to winning the school's first golf team title. Their 1168 total was 26 shots better than 2nd place finisher Louisburg College (Louisburg, NC). The team consisted of John Altobello(captain), Mike Colosi, Bobby McCartney, Justin Pfalzer, and Brett Semple. Other members of the team included Kyle Hiscock, Mike Dulen, Justin Rinas, and Tim Davis. 4 players received All-American honors with the fifth person missing out by a single stroke.
Mike Colosi dedicated his win to his late grandfather (Joe Colosi) in winning the NJCAA Div III Individual Title. His 4 under 284 was the lowest individual score shot at the National Tournament while at Chautauqua GC. He won by 3 shots over defending champion Brent Davis of Montgomery CC.

Qualified for the NY State High School Championship and finished in 5th place with scores of 72-76.

MCC won its third straight Regional Title defeating Broome CC by 18 shots. This years Tournament was hosted by Webster Golf Club's East Course and produced good scores and a great tournament. MCC was led by Michael Colosi who fired scores of 71 and 78 to earn 1st team all Region honors. John Altobello also earned 1st team all Region honors with his 152 total and Brett Semple, Bobby McCartney and Justin Pfalzer each earned 2nd team all Region honors. Clint Chaffee from Tomkins Cortland CC won medalist honors with his 146 total.
