But the final thought - the word I use - is slow... guess who's frustrated by coming up short ?! I'm looking forward to Sunday to try out a new set of words and thinking. When putting downhill I'm going to think 'slow' but when going uphill I'm going to think/say the word fast in my mind - I'll let you know how I get on.
